Thanks to those who have already put in your names for being volunteers for the event. We are looking for more volunteers to help us run the event smoothly. We need volunteers for supporting us in the following areas –

1. Manage front desk before the start of the event and ushering guests in
2. Stage decoration
3. Backstage and PA system assistance
4. Food preparation for the event
5. Setting up and serving food
6. Cleaning up at the end of event
7. Photographer / Videographer
